About the Role
Independently analyze, design, and develop embedded operating systems for high‑security controllers in an agile SCRUM environment
Work with state‑of‑the‑art microcontrollers, modern IDEs, and industry‑leading development frameworks
Work on security‑critical software for authentication, cryptographic operations, and secure data handling
Build and support applications and applets in the smartcard domain
Collaborate with international leading technology partners to drive innovation in the embedded sector
Use AI-supported tools for code assistance, refactoring, testing, and documentation
Work with state‑of‑the‑art microcontrollers, modern IDEs, and industry‑leading development frameworks
Work on security‑critical software for authentication, cryptographic operations, and secure data handling
Build and support applications and applets in the smartcard domain
Collaborate with international leading technology partners to drive innovation in the embedded sector
Use AI-supported tools for code assistance, refactoring, testing, and documentation
Your Profile
Technical degree (University or University of Applied Sciences)
Experience in smartcard software development
Knowledge of standard and protocols such as JavaCard and GlobalPlatform
Hands-on experience with IDE tools like Eclipse, Keil, and GlobalPlatform utilities
Familiarity with version control systems e.g. Git or SVN is a plus
Experience with AI-based tools for software development and debugging is an advantage
Strong communication skills in English
Experience in smartcard software development

We offer for this position a package starting at € 50.000,- gross per year on a full-time basis. Depending on qualifications and professional experience a market-oriented overpayment is intended.
