About the Role
Planning & Tool Management
+ Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Group planning tool.
+ Ensure high-quality planning, forecasting, and reporting processes for Finance and Group functions.
Operational Controlling
+ Develop and establish detailed operational controlling processes.
+ Monitor and support the financial development of subsidiaries, including regular analysis and follow-up of monthly, quarterly, and annual results.
Reporting & KPIs
+ Provide management with reliable KPIs and decision-oriented reports.
+ Drive transparency and strengthen financial steering across the Group to identify improvement opportunities.
+ Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Group planning tool.

Your Profile
+ Studies of business administration or similar, specialization on Controlling is an advantage
+ Several years of experience in a similar position, production background prefered
+ Understanding of state-of-the-art MGMT Reporting
+ IT affinity and experience (MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI etc.))
+ SAP-experience is a plus
+ High analytical and communication skills
+ Solution-oriented approach with a strong hands-on mentality
+ Fluent in English and German
+ Several years of experience in a similar position, production background prefered
+ Understanding of state-of-the-art MGMT Reporting
+ IT affinity and experience (MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI etc.))
+ SAP-experience is a plus
+ High analytical and communication skills
+ Solution-oriented approach with a strong hands-on mentality
+ Fluent in English and German
