About the Role
Operational Controlling
+ Build and drive operational controlling processes with a strong focus on production performance, variances, and cost drivers.
+ Deliver accurate KPIs and decision‑oriented variance reports.
+ Analyze monthly results of subsidiaries, identify deviations, and translate findings into clear business impact and actions.
+ Monitor key drivers such as material usage, efficiency, scrap, labor, and overheads to quantify their impact on business performance.
Planning & Tool Management
+ Support the roll‑out and continuous enhancement of the Group planning tool.
+ Ensure robust planning, forecasting, and reporting processes that enables reliable decision‑making for Finance and Group functions.

Your Profile
+ Degree in Business Administration or similar; Controlling focus preferred
+ Several years of experience in a similar role; production environment mandatory
+ Strong know‑how in management reporting and complex intercompany structures
+ Solid cost‑accounting skills (BOM, routings, overheads, variances) and experience in multisite production
+ High IT affinity (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI); SAP is a plus
+ Strong analytical and communication skills; hands‑on, solution‑driven mindset
+ Fluent in English and German
+ Several years of experience in a similar role; production environment mandatory
+ Strong know‑how in management reporting and complex intercompany structures
+ Solid cost‑accounting skills (BOM, routings, overheads, variances) and experience in multisite production
