About the Role
• Lead and manage eGovernment projects from initiation to completion.
• Oversee the integration of Austriacard’s full portfolio, including document production, personalization, digital onboarding systems, and secure data management.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate closely with sales, development, and operations teams to align project goals and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with governmental requirements and security standards.
• Manage risk assessments and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle, including the production of secure documents.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for government clients and key stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance, providing regular updates to senior management and clients.
• Ensure high-quality delivery with a focus on efficiency, security, and user experience.

Your Profile
• Bachelor degree or Master’s degree (preferred), in the area of Engineering, Business administration with focus on IT or project management.
• Proven experience in managing IT system integration projects, preferably in the eGovernment or secure identity sectors.
• Understanding of ID document systems, personalization technology, and digital onboarding solutions.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering on-time and within budget.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of security protocols, data protection, and government compliance standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in business English, knowledge of other languages is a plus.
